Q: My horse has unique physical conditions and/or restrictions. Will these be factored into the plan?

A: Yes, absolutely! You will receive an intake form where you can submit all of the relevant information for your horse; this information is invaluable for creating the right plan for your horse.

Q: What if I can only work with my horse a few days per week?

A: We understand that life gets busy! On your intake form, please note how many days you can realistically work with your horse, even if it is just 2-3 days per week. Jec will create a plan that optimizes minimal time to make productive gains for you and your horse.

Q: What kind of video should I send?

A: Please send a short (30- to 60-seconds) video of your horse moving. This can either be under saddle or doing groundwork. The video does NOT need to show anything fancy; it should simply represent your horse's natural gaits. Please do NOT use slow-motion video.

Q: Can I email questions as I work through the plan?

A: If you would like to receive feedback throughout your plan, consider purchasing the Expanded version of the custom plan, which allows you multiple video exchanges. Please note: the basic plan does not include this option.

Q: What do I do when I finish the plan?

A: Upon completion, many riders have gained a good roadmap and momentum for their own future progress. Others elect to buy a follow-up plan. For those who are unsure or would like to discuss the next steps, please consider booking a 30-minute phone consultation with Jec.

Q: Will the plan be easy to follow?

A: YES!! The plans are simple and straightforward. They include time allotments for each exercise every given day, including diagrams or videos if needed.
